The American Lung Association in Minnesota is excited to announce that we are extending the Lethal Lure Campaign to Mankato, Minnesota. Lethal Lure Campaign was born out of the CTG grant in NE MN and has grown to become a statewide resource.
The Lethal Lure Campaign was designed as a tool to educate the general public and elected officials about the many tactics the tobacco industry uses to target youth and adults at the point of sale. This includes intense marketing and advertising to youth for fruit, candy, and menthol flavored tobacco products.
The Lethal Lure Campaign supports a smoke-free generation by clearing the market of all flavored tobacco products including menthol.
